No. Since this card does not have Swarm you are not allowed to use it multiple times a turn. Burning multiple cards at once is allowed as it has a cost X meaning you get to set its cost however.
Can I Consume more cards by using a second stack?
No, each stack can only be used once per turn so 3 is the most you can burn at once under normal circumstances.
