Does Knockout Needle Work on Indestructible cards?

Yes. Indestructible only prevents a card from being sent to the Abyss/Scrapyard—it does not stop a card from being returned to Hand.

If I use Knockout Needle on an opponent’s Generator, what happens to the Stamina on it?

The Stamina is sent to the Abyss once the Generator leaves the Battlefield.

If I deal 0 ranged damage after tying with the defense roll, can I use my reaction from this card?
  1. No. A ranged Strike only succeeds if it deals at least 1 damage. Tying the defense roll and dealing 0 damage does not count as a successful strike.
