Abstract

The Paragon of Empathy, Consilium leverages genki to allow its Seraphs to influence and control the mind. It is essential for practitioners of Consilium to have exceedingly high mental willpower as such is required if they expect to be able to manipulate another’s. Many are adverse to the jumon and capacity of Consilium as the powers it grants are among the more ethically questionable of the seven Paragons. And there have been multiple instances of criminal perpetrators claiming they were acting under the influence of Consilium Seraphs. Many such cases have been debunked as falsehood, but because such a possibility remains, outsiders’ trustworthiness of Consilium Seraphs is often hard-earned. Regardless, many Consilium Seraphs put there abilities to good use as therapists, detectives, and even judiciary officials.
