Factions are large, organized groups of individuals on Kylia who tend to live outside the laws or rules of any given nation. They can vary greatly in terms of size, but typically are comprised of a few hundred or thousand members at the very least. Factions tend to have a certain identity they cling to and will often have emblems, insignias, or other symbols that represent them.
