Overview
Skilled mercenaries-for-hire, with strong track records of success, the Hadrai’da are some of Kylia’s most formidable fighters.
Due to the unforgiving nature of Kylia’s wilderness, many Hadrai’da choose to walk the path of the Seraph. As a means of “leveling the playing field”, turning to the powers granted by genki and the seven Paragons, Seraph Hadrai’da fare far better and have much higher odds of success than non-Seraphs.
Irregardless, being a Hadrai’da stands as one of the most dangerous jobs on Kylia and deaths are not at all an unfamiliarity to the guild. The rewards are often worth the risk, however, as the Hadrai’da who have survived long enough to rise in ranks almost always have amassed great fortune and renown.
Ranking System
Like the other two Olmorani guilds, the Hadrai’da operate on a hierarchical ranking system based on individual members’ earned reputation points. There are 10 total ranks, and in order to ascend to the next rank, in addition to the accrual of a certain number of reputation points, each Hadrai’da must also pass a specified rank-based examination.

Pay Scale
Pay for Hadrai’da contracts can be calculated based on three main factors: Duration, Difficulty/Rank, and Importance/Urgency.
The base rate for a contract is 4,000 Mojans/day (~570 USD/day), with this number being multiplied based on the below table.
Ex. A week-long, rank 2 contact of major importance: 4,000 x 1.2 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 10,800 Mojans/day (~1540 USD/day) or a total of 75,600 Mojans (10,800 USD)
Ex 2. A year-long, rank X contract of extreme importance: 4,000 x 2 x 10 x 2 = 160,000 Mojans/day (~22,860 USD/day) or a total of 67,200,000 Mojans (9,600,000 USD)
Duration | Difficulty | Importance |
---|---|---|

Short-Term (2-4 Days): 1.1x | Rank 2: 1.5x | Minor: 1.1x |

Companies & Battalions
Companies and Brigades act as sub-guilds within the Hadrai’da, allowing members to form organized groups with the intent of promoting collaboration and cooperation. These groups are given the ability to name themselves as well as bear unique insignias, recognized by the Hadrai’da and other Olmorani guilds.
A “Company” consists of up to 200 members of any rank, however to found and lead one, a Hadrai’da must be at least of the Lord Commander rank.
A “Battalion” consists of up to 5 Companies and serves as a greater alliance between those Companies. Headed by a Hadrai’da of at least the Seneschal rank, usually Battalions will have high ranking representatives from each member Company convene together to form councils for decision-making purposes regarding matters involving the Battalion in order to ensure a single individual does not ever hold too much power.
Companies and Battalions will generally take a small portion of members’ completed contract rewards as a fee that goes toward paying for exclusive benefits and services, equipment, supplies, etc. Additionally, Companies and Battalions are allowed to establish their own headquarters, at which Synchro Index terminals can be installed, making these HQs one of the only privately-owned locations where such terminals can be found.
