Abstract
Comprised of an alliance between nine smaller factions that all share land on the Southeastern continent of Parcivia, the Phoenix Coalition is the second youngest nation on Kylia, having been founded in 9500 A.R.. The most prominent among these small factions that make up the coalition are the Scions, the Ruinenwache, the U’bu’gulu Gu’ulu, and the Battari. The Phoenix Coalition is run as a democracy, with a presidential council and cabinet elected by popular vote from candidates in each faction. The presidential council is made up of one member of each faction, promoting the necessitation of collaboration with one another to pass laws, maintain order, and ensure work toward the mutual benefit of the alliance.
