This Paragon allows a Seraph to control physical matter. Praesidium Seraph are able to control inanimate matter in a multitude of different ways. Whether it’s moving rocks to clear a path or reshaping metal into a set of armor, Praesidium’s core focus revolves around pushing the limits of one’s available resources.
This Paragon is as applicable in combat as it is out of it. Users of this Paragon tend to be strong-willed and steadfast in their beliefs, and are characteristically known to hate giving up on anything or anyone.
